If there is one thing that has derailed me on many a 30-day experiment, it's submitting to the voice in my head.
You know THAT voice. You've probably experienced it too. You're trying to build a habit. You start off so well, you might even get a week in, and when you're not seeing the results you thought you would... BAM doubt starts to creep in.
We start to wonder.... maybe I'm not doing this right? Maybe I should try a different way? Maybe there's a quicker way to get to where I want to go?
A quicker way.
We live in a world where we can have everything FAST. I can have dinner cooked and at my door in less than 20 minutes. So why shouldn't I be able to experience just as fast results when it comes to a 30-day experiment?
The dullness of the daily hits us and Instead of simply trusting the process, we get all IN OUR HEADS.
And the problem with being in our heads is that it becomes one big echo chamber. And before we know it we've skipped a day or we're modifying the paramaters and we're thrown off course before we could even get started.
Here's the cold, hard reality of it all...
👉 There are no hacks
👉 There are no shortcuts
👉 There's no quick fixes or get rich quick schemes
There is just the power of putting in the daily reps and watching them compound.
Quite simply. JUST TRUST THE PROCESS
