Handover & Support: I won’t just hand over the workflow and disappear. I’ll walk you through the setup process step-by-step, making sure you’re comfortable using it from day one.

Build Out: I’ll get to work building out the structure for your new workflow in Tana. When we're both happy with it we can start the migration.
Migration:Â Once we're happy with the structure I'll migrate all your existing data over.
Handover &Â Testing:Â I'll hand everything over and train you how to use your new workflow.

We start with a 1:1 Discovery Session to understand how you work and what challenges you’re facing. From there, we design and implement a custom workflow in TANA that aligns perfectly with your working style.
The timeline varies depending on the complexity of your needs. Generally, after the discovery session, most workflows are ready within 1-2 weeks, with time for revisions and feedback.
You don’t need to prepare much! Just bring a clear understanding of your current processes, any pain points you’re experiencing, and any specific goals you’d like your TANA workflow to help you achieve.
