You're good at what you do. Like, genuinely good. You run the strategy, the execution, the client work, the creative work — and honestly? You make it look easy.
But behind the scenes, you feel like the duck furiously paddling to keep up - everything runs through you. Every project, every decision, every open loop — it's all living in your head or in scattered systems. And while you've absolutely made that work (because you're that person), there's a cost to being the one who holds everything.
• You want to be in your creative energy — the thinking, the building, the work that actually lights you up — but half your day gets eaten by operational stuff that just... has to get done.
• You've got ideas you're genuinely excited about, but the bandwidth to execute them keeps getting squeezed by everything else on your plate.
• Your best thinking hours go to admin, follow-ups, and context-switching instead of the work only you can do.
You're probably using AI everyday. But it's more like a chatbot than an operational partner. And until now.. you thought that was all it could be. And as good as it is at that level - every conversation starts from scratch. You re-explain your business, your projects, your context... every single chat.
And the stuff that should be easy — prepping for meetings, planning your day, following up on things — still falls to you.
Not because it's hard. But because it feels heavy. It's just alot of context to hold and pull together with everything else you need to do.
You've probably never had a Chief of Staff. Most people haven't. So you don't actually know what it feels like to have someone holding that operational context for you — prepping your day before you even open the laptop, knowing what's on your plate without being told, keeping the threads together so your brain is free for the work that actually matters.
That's about to change....
Here's what's actually going on.
Every tool, system, and framework you've tried still relies on you at the centre of it all. Better apps, better prompts, more discipline — they all assume the answer is becoming a more efficient version of yourself.
But the real issue is simpler than that: modern knowledge work is more complex than ever - more than one person can actually hold. That's not a personal failing — it's just maths. We have more information coming at us, more meetings, more emails, more stuff that we are trying to keep organised and keep all the plates spinning.
It's not slowing down. And re-structuring your folders for the 10th time isn't going to solve it.
Which is why the cycle keeps repeating. Something feels off → you assume you need a better system → you rebuild → it fades → you try again.
The underlying issue never changes: you're still the one doing all the holding.
Which is where your AIÂ Chief of Staff comes in... finally a system that has the capacity to hold it all for you.
So Imagine this instead... opening your laptop and your day is already laid out. Meetings prepped. Priorities clear. Follow-ups surfaced. Not because you planned it last night — because your Chief of Staff already handled it.
That's not a fantasy. That's Tuesday for me.
This course teaches you to build that system. A genuine operating partner for your business, taught by a real chief of staff (that's me in my former life for over 10 years)

This isn't a passive course. It's a build sprint — short video lessons, prompts, and templates. We build together, step by step. By the end, you don't just understand how this works. You have a working Chief of Staff. Built. Running. Yours.
Module 1: From Generic AI → Your Very Own AI Chief of Staff
This is where your Chief of Staff comes to life. You'll set up your environment, build the brain, and give it enough context about you and your business that it stops being a generic AI and starts becoming yours.
Module 2: From Starting From Zero Every Conversation → Your Chief of Staff Knows Your World
This is where the magic happens. Your Chief of Staff gets connected to your actual knowledge system — so it can reach into your projects, your notes, your decisions, and work from real context instead of guessing.
Module 3: From Doing Everything Yourself → Your Chief of Staff Handles It
Now your Chief of Staff starts running your day with you. You'll install real workflows across the parts of your work that eat up the most time and energy.
All of my courses and templates (including this one) are included inside my new College of Knowledge Membership.
Joining makes a lot of sense — instead of purchasing courses individually, you’ll get access to everything:
‍
âś… The Vault of all my workshops, templates, and premium courses (including Build a Chief of Staff)
âś… Monthly live workshops to help you build and refine your knowledge systems
âś… Weekly office hours for direct support and coaching
âś… Community of knowledge professionals building high-performance systems in Tana
So rather than buying this course on its own, get it — and everything else — inside the College of Knowledge from just $47/month.
‍
The course is built around Claude (via Claude Code or Cowork), but the system and methodology are tool-agnostic. If you're using ChatGPT, Gemini, or something else — the principles apply and the system is portable.
Each of the video lessons are under an hour to watch. You'll need to factor in some build time as well. Most people spend a couple of hours on each lesson.
Some people have claimed to get it setup in a couple of hours.
We're building a complete system. You'll walk away with working AI commands, voice workflows, and automated processes—not just a collection of copy & paste prompts. I want you to understand the building blocks of building AI workflows so you can continue to build yourself.
Nope not at all. The course is designed to plug into whatever knowledge base you already use.
None. The AI handles the technical side. Your job is to bring the knowledge of your business and how you work — the course shows you how to translate that into a system.
I spent a decade as a Chief of Staff — the person behind the person. I've sat in the seat, designed the systems, onboarded executives into workflows they didn't know they needed. I know what this role actually does. Not the buzzword version. The real thing.
Now I help knowledge professionals — coaches, consultants, CEOs, anyone who runs on what they know — build AI systems that give them the kind of leverage that used to require a team.
I've spent the last year building my own AI Chief of Staff (his name is Chad, he's an ENTJ, and he's annoyingly good at his job) and helping clients build theirs. This course is everything I've learned, packaged into a course you'll actually finish.
