Edition 07: Who Do You Want To Become & Managing Your Daily Energy

Welcome to The Weekly Digest Edition 07 🎉

Hope you've had a fab week. I've been doing some fun stuff this week. Following on from my essays on I Don't Do Goals, I wrote about the system I'm building for practicing who I want to become on a daily basis and then another one on how writing is making me a better person.

I discovered a brand new way to manage my days and my energy with uphill and downhill tasks and it's revolutionised (ok it's been a week) the way I plan.

I also woke up super early this morning and did a live stream with Danny Hatcher on his channel all about writing, note-taking, and geeking out over our systems. Watch it now or wait till it comes out on the podcast and listen then.

Lastly, I announced that I'm creating an upcoming workshop called "The Creators Guide To Building A Product In Notion" where I'll be sharing how creators can create digital products using Notion (and no I'm not talking about just templates). If you'd like to join me, click here to register.

Interesting things From Around The Web

How To Walk Across A Parking Lot

My friend, Sean Stews, shared this article with me from David Cain. He talks about the steps to walk across a parking lot in full awareness and wonder. It's very good. If you don't read anything else today, read this.

This one piqued my interest because I love the idea of note-making and she brings up some great tips for beginning your Zettelkasten journey.

Navigating Life Systematically Is True Productivity

This one is a great article about how the author created his Life Operating System (in Notion of course). Far from just being a Notion article, he lays out some great strategies and frameworks for building your own OS.
