30 Day High Vibe Energy Tracker

In February I’m doing a 30 day experiment where I track the four foundational habits to create more energy in your everyday life. Movement, Water, Food & Sleep.

My hypothesis is that by focusing the very basics of vitality and health and doing that consistently every day for 30 days, I should see an increase in my energy levels.

To help me along, and make it a little more fun, I created this notion tracker to keep track of my progress.
